We are seeking a highly analytical and forward-thinking Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) Billing Analyst with a strong understanding of agentic AI systems to optimize and transform our billing and revenue operations. This role bridges traditional billing operations with next-generation AI-driven automation, enabling intelligent workflows across the entire Q2C lifecycle.

Core Responsibilities

1. Q2C Billing Operations

• End-to-End Management: Oversee billing processes across the complete Q2C lifecycle (Quote $\rightarrow$ Order $\rightarrow$ Invoice $\rightarrow$ Cash).
• Pricing Model Accuracy: Ensure precise invoicing for subscription, usage-based, and hybrid pricing models.
• Exception Handling: Manage billing exceptions, adjustments, and dispute resolutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Finance, and RevOps to ensure seamless contract-to-bill alignment.
• Compliance: Maintain strict compliance with revenue recognition standards (ASC 606 / IFRS 15).

2. Agentic AI Integration & Automation

• Workflow Design: Design and implement agentic AI workflows to automate key billing operations (e.g., invoice generation, anomaly detection, collections prioritization).

• Leverage AI Agents to:

• Interpret complex contracts and pricing terms.

• Proactively identify billing discrepancies before they impact clients.

• Automate reconciliation and exception-handling processes.

• Cross-Functional AI Deployment: Partner with AI and engineering teams to deploy LLM-powered billing assistants and autonomous agents.

• Continuous Optimization: Improve AI agent performance using feedback loops and real-world billing data.

3. Data Analysis & Insights

• Leakage Identification: Deeply analyze billing data to identify trends, revenue leakage, and optimization opportunities.
