An insurance agency in Torrance, CA, is seeking a Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager. This role involves managing a generalist book of business and handling the end-to-end renewal process.Schedule - Monday – Friday
- 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Hybrid: 2 days remote per weekKey Responsibilities - Manage a generalist book of business and maintain client relationships.
- Lead the renewal process, including obtaining quotes, updating applications, and negotiating with underwriters.
- Present renewals to insured clients and market new business.
- Process endorsements, handle coverage questions, and create proposals.
- Assist with claims and support Producers with additional needs.Requirements - Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Commercial Lines Account Manager in an independent agency.
- Licensing: Active California Property/Casualty license is required.
- Software: Proficiency in Applied EPIC and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Stability: Minimum of three years tenure at current and previous positions.
