About the Role
Peak D365 seeks a D365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant to deliver expert functional support and advisory services for international clients. Working remotely, you will own complex issues, guide stakeholders, and drive continuous improvements across Finance modules.
What You'll Do
- Lead Level 2 functional support for D365 Finance & Operations across multiple client environments.
- Own and resolve complex functional issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing long‑term fixes.
- Act as primary contact for client stakeholders on functional matters.
- Translate business requirements into functional designs and system configurations.
- Support UAT cycles, release management, and deployments.
- Mentor junior consultants and ensure SLA compliance.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Strong expertise in Finance modules such as GL, AP, and AR.
- Proven experience in support or AMS environments with client‑facing responsibilities.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work Australian business hours and collaborate with technical teams.
- Willingness to take ownership and drive continuous improvement.
Nice to Have
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 FnO certification.
- Experience with Procurement, Supply Chain, or Inventory Management.
- Exposure to multi‑entity / multi‑currency environments.
