About the Role
Buzzmint Media seeks a remote E‑commerce Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team. The recruiter will drive hiring for e‑commerce and digital marketing roles, supporting the company’s growth with high‑quality talent.
What You'll Do
- Source and attract candidates for e‑commerce and digital marketing positions.
- Conduct screening interviews and assess candidate fit.
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from posting to offer closure.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience recruiting for e‑commerce and digital marketing roles.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing tools, and screening techniques.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proven track record of closing positions such as Amazon PPC Specialists, SEO Specialists, and Content Writers.
- Detail‑oriented and organized approach.
Nice to Have
- Experience recruiting for the Indian e‑commerce market.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Certifications in HR or talent acquisition.
