About the Role
The Executive Assistant to the CEO will provide high‑level administrative support, ensuring the CEO’s schedule, communications, and travel run smoothly. This role is critical for maintaining efficient operations and facilitating seamless interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, presentations, and other executive documents.
- Liaise with stakeholders, partners, and senior leadership on behalf of the CEO.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support ad‑hoc executive projects and initiatives as required.
What We're Looking For
- 8–15 years of experience supporting CXO or CEO‑level executives.
- Proven expertise in calendar management, travel coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and MIS reporting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience in luxury, retail, fashion, FMCG, or hospitality sectors preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency with advanced office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Familiarity with project management software.
- Additional language skills.
