About the Role
Titanicom is expanding its AMER Data Center Operations team and seeks a Fire Safety Specialist to ensure fire safety and emergency preparedness across regional data centers. Based on‑site in San Francisco, the specialist will work cross‑functionally to protect people, assets, and operational continuity.
What You'll Do
- Implement and improve fire safety programs across data center sites in the Americas.
- Coordinate emergency response activities and manage fire‑related incidents.
- Conduct fire risk assessments and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain SOPs, emergency procedures, inspection records, and compliance documentation.
- Support audits, drills, inspections, and emergency preparedness programs.
- Deliver fire safety training and awareness initiatives for employees and contractors.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in fire safety program development and implementation, preferably in data center or critical infrastructure environments.
- Strong knowledge of emergency response, incident management, and fire risk assessment methodologies.
- Ability to create and maintain SOPs, compliance documents, and training materials.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Chinese is a plus.
- Experience collaborating with EHS, operations, engineering, and facilities teams.
- Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and safety compliance.
Nice to Have
- Certifications such as NFPA, Fire Inspector, or similar.
- Experience working in multinational or multi‑site environments across the Americas.
- Familiarity with regional fire codes and regulations in the US, Mexico, Brazil, etc.
