About the Role\nThe company is seeking an Instructional Designer who will create digital adoption and eLearning solutions using WalkMe, Whatfix and authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Rise. The role works across corporate learning teams in Bangalore/Gurgaon and blends UX‑focused guidance with traditional online courses.\n\n## What You'll Do\n- Build and publish Smart Walk‑Thrus, SmartTips, Launchers and ShoutOuts in WalkMe/Whatfix environments.\n- Configure selectors, rule logic and troubleshoot live deployments.\n- Design interactive eLearning modules in Articulate Storyline, Rise or similar tools.\n- Write storyboards, scripts and on‑screen copy aligned with adult learning principles.\n- Ensure all content meets SCORM/xAPI standards and is compatible with the corporate LMS.\n- Monitor usage analytics, completion rates and iterate guidance based on data.\n\n## What We're Looking For\n- 3–5 years of corporate instructional design experience (K‑12 not considered).\n- Minimum 2–3 live WalkMe projects deployed in an enterprise setting.\n- Proficiency with Articulate Storyline and/or Rise and familiarity with at least one LMS.\n- Practical knowledge of SCORM, xAPI and LMS publishing workflows.\n- Strong understanding of UX principles for digital guidance.\n- Excellent communication and ability to translate business requirements into learner‑centred content.\n\n## Nice to Have\n- Experience with Whatfix or other digital adoption platforms.\n- Knowledge of additional authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate.\n- Certifications in instructional design or learning technology.\n\n## What We Offer\n- Hybrid work model with flexibility for remote days.\n- Opportunities for professional growth in a fast‑moving digital learning team.\n- Competitive compensation and benefits package.\n- Collaborative environment focused on innovation and impact.
