About the Role
The team is responsible for driving performance marketing initiatives for a Forbes‑recognized EdTech company. As a Performance Digital Marketing Associate, you will plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns to generate leads and achieve growth targets.
What You'll Do
- Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns.
- Create, launch, and fine‑tune Google Ads campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance data and implement optimization strategies.
- Conduct audience research and develop targeting strategies.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce ad assets.
- Generate regular performance reports and insights for stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience managing Meta and/or Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, lead generation, and campaign optimization.
- Proficiency with analytics tools and ability to interpret key metrics.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work onsite with cross‑functional teams.
- Detail‑oriented mindset with a data‑driven approach to decision making.
- Ability to manage budgets and meet ROI targets.
Nice to Have
- Experience with other paid media platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM tools.
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.
