About the Role
Conversion Perk is seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketer for its Mohali office. The role focuses on creating, managing and optimising digital advertising campaigns to deliver measurable business growth.
What You'll Do
- Plan and launch high‑performance PPC and paid media campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns continuously to improve ROI and key performance metrics.
- Analyse campaign data and generate insights for performance improvements.
- Manage campaigns across multiple platforms independently.
- Conduct A/B testing and scale successful strategies.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align marketing initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and PPC campaign management.
- Practical knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Analytical mindset with focus on performance metrics.
- Ability to work independently and meet on‑site requirements.
- Passion for testing, learning, scaling and delivering results.
Nice to Have
- Experience with other paid media platforms such as Meta or LinkedIn Ads.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimisation techniques.
- Certifications in Google Ads or related fields.
