About the Role
The Process Analyst – Strategic Operations & Systems will partner with multiple business functions to streamline workflows, enhance reporting, and lead automation initiatives. This role is central to driving operational excellence and ensuring visibility across processes.
What You'll Do
- Map and design end‑to‑end processes and workflow structures.
- Develop operational reports and interactive dashboards using Power BI and advanced Excel.
- Create and maintain SOPs and drive continuous process improvement.
- Coordinate automation projects and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- Support PMO activities and ensure alignment with business objectives.
What We're Looking For
- 2–6 years of experience in process mapping, workflow structuring, or business process excellence.
- Proficiency with Power BI, Advanced Excel, Visio or Lucidchart for visualization.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Experience in operational reporting, dashboard creation, and SOP development.
- Ability to coordinate automation initiatives and work across functions.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Jira, ClickUp, Zoho, or Miro for project tracking.
- Background in PMO or transformation roles.
