About the Role
Collins Aerospace is seeking a Senior Principal Business Integration Analyst to join the Digital Technology team in Bangalore. This strategic role is focused on driving digital transformation, modernizing enterprise supply chain applications, and managing global SAP and Ariba platforms. This position operates during the night shift (5:30 PM IST – 1:30 AM IST) to support global business operations.
What You'll Do
- Drive digital transformation by modernizing and migrating enterprise supply chain applications to modern platforms.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements and design scalable technology solutions.
- Manage and support global SAP MM and SAP Ariba system integrations.
- Lead initiatives focused on Supplier Business Network (SBN) and Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC).
- Ensure seamless platform performance and align technical solutions with broader business objectives.
What We're Looking For
- 14+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 13+ years of experience with a Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Strong expertise in SAP MM, SAP Ariba, Supplier Business Network (SBN), and Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC).
- Proven track record in enterprise solution design and managing end-to-end business integration projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration capabilities.
- Ability to work night shift hours (5:30 PM IST to 1:30 AM IST) on a regular basis.
Nice to Have
- Professional certifications in SAP MM or SAP Ariba platforms.
- Prior experience in the aerospace, defense, or high-tech manufacturing industries.
- Experience with agile software development and deployment methodologies.
