About the Role
Up Architects seeks motivated junior structure engineers to contribute to the design and analysis of innovative building projects. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will apply BIM tools and engineering principles to deliver high‑quality structural solutions.
What You'll Do
- Develop structural models and calculations using BIM software.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers on project design.
- Perform structural analysis and ensure compliance with standards.
- Assist in preparing design documentation and presentation materials.
- Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback.
- Support the coordination of interdisciplinary project tasks.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools.
- Familiarity with structural design software and industry standards.
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

Nice to Have
- Experience with additional design software (Revit, AutoCAD, etc.).
