Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The Insider Network (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Users may register as either a Candidate (job seeker) or an Insider (corporate employee providing referrals).

Insider accounts require work email verification to confirm employment status. Providing false employment information is a violation of these Terms and will result in account suspension.

3. Candidate Responsibilities

• Submit only truthful information in applications and resumes
• Do not attempt to game the AI scoring system through misleading content
• Respect the referral process — apply through provided referral links promptly
• Do not spam insiders or submit excessive duplicate applications

4. Insider Responsibilities

• Only post legitimate, currently open positions at your company
• Review candidates fairly and in a timely manner
• Submit referrals through your company's official channels
• Do not discriminate against candidates based on protected characteristics
• Do not post duplicate listings for the same role

5. Job Listing Rules

Insider-posted listings are exclusively owned by the posting insider. If a listing becomes inactive for more than 21 days, it may expire and become available to other insiders on the waitlist. Admin-posted listings have no expiry and are visible to all verified insiders at the relevant company.

Duplicate job URLs at the same company are not permitted. Insiders who attempt to post a duplicate listing may join a waitlist instead.

6. Content Moderation

Users may report inappropriate listings or profiles. Platform administrators review reports and may take action including closing listings, suspending user accounts, or both. Suspended users lose access to all Platform functionality.

7. No Guarantee of Employment

The Platform facilitates introductions between candidates and insiders. We do not guarantee that any application will result in a referral, interview, or employment. Hiring decisions are made solely by the respective companies.

8. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, design, and technology are owned by The Insider Network. Resumes and user-submitted content remain the property of the submitting user. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display it as necessary for Platform operations.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost referral opportunities or data breaches beyond our reasonable control.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
